Don't quit!!!! Ride the wave out. If you quit you are not eligible for Unemployment Benefits! It might be a real hassle to go to a job where you know some people aren't happy with you, but at least your getting a paycheck!
if you quit you cant draw unemployment. i work in hr, you gotta be like 2 or 3 in before they will fire you. most companies are scared of legal stuff after firing an employee.

If the reprimand wasn't written, I wouldn't quit but I'd be more cautious in the future. If the reprimand was in written form, probably it would be better to quit and start looking for another job. Nevertheless, I'd talk to my boss first in order to get another chance.
