Loss of appetite and weight loss may be warning signs of cancer. These symptoms are associated with many diseases, however; the diagnosis of cancer is often a process of elimination, and a biopsy-the microscopic examination of tumor or other abnormal cells-is needed before a final diagnosis can be made properly.

Increase your physical activity and that should make you more hungry. Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Also reducing stress should also increase apetite since some people don't eat when they are stressed. Relaxation techniques can also be used to releive strss and that should also cause and increase in appetite.

A sudden and unexplained bout of anorexia (lack of appetite) is definite cause for concern. It may be due to psycological problems (stress, anxiety or depression). It could also be a sign of a hormonal imbalance or something more serious like cancer. You should be your doctor immediately to be sure.

Half an hour or brisk walking in the mornign and evening should solve all you problems. If not, you can start with low doses of enzyme praparation.
