You will have to go through the reversal procedure, which I believe you have if you are asking this question. You will have to talk to your doctor for your own personal needs. Though the chances I believe are slim, since most sites I have looked up this information on seem to suggest in vitro fertilization.

Not usually, tubal ligation is when the doctor cuts the tubes and burns the ends. They usually do not regrow together, unlike when they simply put clips on the tubes. This method of birth control is usually permanent. However it can be reversed in some cases, this will take surgery.

It is possible to get pregnant after a tubal ligation, although your best chances are if you have a reversal of your tubal ligation. While it is possible, you should keep in mind that it isn't easy to get pregnant after a tubal ligation.
