Humidity is very important to the Gardenia. Mist your plant daily. Make sure that the plant gets proper sunlight but be careful not to plant it in direct sunlight. The Gardenia should be fertilized every two weeks with a normal water soluble fertilizer. An acid based fertilizer can be used once every three to four months.

You need to use plant food and fertilizer to feed them. Also you need to water them every other day. When planted the best bet would be to put them into peat moss and soil to give them the extra nutrients they need. If you do all this you should see blooms very soon.

This is more than likely a problem linked to temperature. If the plant is indoor, trying giving it more sunlight during the day. If it is outside, try moving the plant to either more or less shade depending on what it already is in.
