Sometimes a Memorex TV may display a 'No Database' message. For the proper resetting we will have to unplug the TV and plug it after an interval of one minute.

Without knowing the exact model of your Memorex tv, it's hard to help you. You should check the original documentation manual of your tv. However, you can try to unplug it and wait about 2 minutes. Then, plug it in again. That should perform a hard reset on some models.
