How to get a picture out that is stuck to the glass of a picture frame?

I don't think there is anything you can do unless you are very careful. Try taking a picture of the picture in the frame just in case you ruin it.

Place glass down. Spread thick. ,slightly wet cloth over the picture. Place hot iron on a corner of the cloth for two seconds. The steam will detach picture. Try repeatedly.
