There's a thing called a zirc fitting on the front brake caliper. It looks like a little nipple. Unscrew it a little bit, not all the way, and squeeze the brake lever and brake flued should come out of the fitting. With the brake lever still held down, tighten the fitting. Repeat until no air comes out with the fluid.

All you need to do is fill your master cylinder with fluid to the correct level. Then you open the bleeder screw and allow the fluid to drain out until clean and it has no air bubbles in it. Just make sure that the master cylinder has enough fluid and there isn't air left in the brake system.

Well one way it to have someone pump the brake as you work the bleeder. You will keep adding fluid until no air comes out of the bleeder. You can also try buying a reverse bleed kit to force new fluid into the system eliminating air in the lines.
