Wash immediately the area of scorpion sting with soap and water. Use ice bags to reduce pain and to slow the venom absorption. Apply a topical or local anesthetic agent to the wound to decrease paresthesia. Take muscle relaxant like benzodiazepines for sever muscle spasms or any systemic antibiotics.

Clean the sting site with an antiseptic cleanser, then apply ice. Contact a local Poison Control Center to get advice and follow their suggestions. Taking an antihistamine like Benadryl may reduce swelling and itching. Check with your doctor to see about getting a tetanus booster.

Firstly, wash the area where you were stung. Next, apply ice wrapped in a washcloth, or a cool compress of some sort to the affected area. Apply the compress for 10 minutes, then take it off for 10 minutes, keep doing this until the pain is at ease.
