Just do it. You are at a beach or pool so it not at all inappropriate. You should not be ashamed of yourself. Be proud and have fun!

Take your shirt off the same way you do when you are alone, without any hesitations. Try to not think about others watching you--they are usually too busy worrying about people watching them to be looking at you! We all are our own worse critics. Just relax, and be yourself.

The same way you would any time. As long as it's a situation where it's "normal", it's no big deal unless you let it be. Be Confident!

It shouldn't feel any more awkward than changing clothes. One smooth motion up over the head. How you feel after is a matter of personal insecurity.
