The youngest known mother was five-year-old Lina Medina of Peru. The youngest both proven to have fathered a child via DNA testing was Sean Stewart of England. China claims the youngest couple of an 8 year old girl and 9 year old boy.

I read in an article a couple of years ago that said that the youngest mother to a child was 5 years old when she gave birth and she had a boy.

As far as i know the youngest parent is an South American 5 year old girl. This was in some magazine about 10 years ago or so.
