One should, in theory, balance their tires every 5,000 to 10,000 miles. There are some factors that influence this matter, however. It of course, depends on the type of tires that one has. If you have offroad tires they may require balancing and rotating more frequently to promote even tire wear.

Check your owners manual. Oftentimes, it is between 7,500 and 15,000 miles. Checking for uneven wear between the front and back tires can also be a guide.

Really your tires should only need balance once unless you lose a weight or drive very rough roads. Tire rotation should be done every few thousand miles to help promote even tread wear. Check your manual for exact rotation times.

you should balance and rotate your tires when you feel your car pull to one side. it all depends on how you drive tho. if you beat your car you would need to balance and rotate your tires every 5,000 to 10,000 miles most people dont need to do it till around 20,000 miles tho
