How much math do you have to take while in dentistry school?

I would like to be a dentist but I hate math.

You will need to be admitted to a pre-dental program (similar to pre-med) before you can apply for dentistry school which would involve a fair bit of math. Math develops spatial perception which is required for dentists when working using the inverse angle of a mirror. Geometry, in particular is almost pertinent for a dentist to know in his/her profession.

This depends on every school. You should check this from a graduate. The average is about on quarter for maths. It might be general maths or it could be calculus.

It depends on the school but it usually is only one quarter of math. Some require calculus and some just require general math.
