The jail time varies by state and also by judge since judges usually have some discretion in choosing how much time to sentence a criminal to. In general, one would probably be sentenced to no more than six months in jail. If you have questions, contact a lawyer in your state.

Depending on your state and circumstance it differs. More than likely it would be 365 days in jail with all or 364 days suspended.

In most cases, the jail time for failure to appear for a bench warrant will be an average of thirty days. However, this penalty varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and ultimately depends on the descision of the presiding judge. In some cases the presiding judge may choose leniancy when extenuating circumstances are involved.
