Some of the packages for text are $5. 99 per month for 300 text $9. 99 per month for 750 text $12. 99 per month for 1000 text $14. 99 per month for 1500 text $19. 99 per month for unlimited text you can always call their customer services and find out more about packages

Alltel is no longer a wireless carrier. They merged with Verizon Wireless and in October Verizon took over all of Alltel's stores and all of their wireless companies. Verizon's plans are much more reasonable that Alltel's were and you actually get free unlimited messaging with most of Verizon's cell phone plans.

Unlimited text messaging with Alltel tends to cost approximately twenty dollars, and I've seen some plans hovering at about 23 dollars.
