How many times should you put deodorant on?

I usually do it only once but I have a friend who puts it on several times a day.

Everyone produces body odor. Deodorant can be used to reduce, control, and limit this problem. Most individuals put deodorant on after showering in the morning, before working out or exercising, and before retiring to bed at night. The strength of a deodorant can also determine how many times it might be necessary to apply it to your armpits.

When using deodorant, it all depends on your acivity level and perspiration level. Some people sweat more often and more in volume than others. If you happen to perspire often and more obviously, then it is advised that you put it on before and after exercising, but if not than once a day is fine.

Depending on the activities you may do during the day once is ok. After P. E. I would apply some more.

Good news is that there's no strict deodorant rule, and your use depends on your own body chemistry, your level of activity, how often you bathe, and how much you like deodorant. Bad news: only the best of friends will tell you how smelly you really are.

The times of application of a deodorant depends up on the personal interest. I shall use twice in a day. In the morning after my bath i shall spray it before i dress to go to office and the in the night after the bath before going to bed.

It depends on the deodorant and how strong it is, but it also depends on if the person sweats daily. Each and every person has a different gland in their body that produces sweat more or less than others, some sweat more than the average person and tend to apply deodorant more frequently through out the day.
