There were 125 civilian and military personnel killed at the Pentagon when the airliner crashed into it. So total people killed at the Pentagon was 189.

189 people were killed when flight 77 crashed into the Pentagon: 58 passengers, four flight attendants, two pilots, and 125 military and civilian personnel who where working in the East corridor at the time. There are no published estimates of how many more of the almost 2,600 employees that work there were injured.
