I don't have an exact number, but I would venture to say it's in the thousands. Thomas Kinkade has been painting for a long time as has more than 100 available in his online gallery. Typically an artist will have dozens of non-portfolio worthy paintings for every good one in the portfolio.

He has painted too many to actually count. Probably more in the thousands than the hundreds. In 8 years alone he grossed over 50 million for his work!
