There are roughly 33.814 fluid ounces in one liter. But it will depend on whether you are wanting the answer in US or UK fluid ounces. One liter is 33.814 US fluid ounces, but it is 35.195 UK fluid ounces. You will need to decide which measurement applies to you.

There are just under 34 fluid ounces in a liter, 33.8 to be more exact. Note that fluid ounces and liters are both commonly used volumetric measures. Don't make the mistake of equating fluid ounces and ounces with each other! Ounces are strictly a measure of weight like grams or pounds.

You have to be careful with the wording here. An ounce and a liter measure two different things. Ounces measure weight whereas liters measure volume. We need to think about "fluid ounces." There are 33.814 fluid ounces in 1 liter.
