There are no set amount of dates that makes the two of you a couple. There are people who regularly go out on dates but claim they're not dating. It's between the two of you if you are dating or not. If you are unsure of the answer as her. Never assume. It will bite you in the butt later.

There is no set rule for this. A better guideline is that she is your girlfriend once you both decide not to see other people.
