It really depends on where your cheeseburger is from and what you put on it. A McDonald's cheeseburger has 300 calories, and it's not really filling. If you make your own at home, you can choose lean meat burgers, skim milk cheese, low fat condiments and whole grain buns. Similar calorie count, but a whole lot healthier (tastier, too)!

There are 359 calories in a single patty cheeseburger. That includes all the fixings like lettuce, pickles, onions, ketchup, and mustard. That also includes a bun. Be careful though, the fast food cheeseburgers probably have more.

The number of calories in a cheeseburger depend on how it was prepared and how it is served and the number of ounces of meat. Anywhere between 500 and 1750.
