How long would it take to gain 10 pounds of pure muscle?

Answer by  ckell3 (100)

It would depend on your gender. Men typically are able to gain muscle much quicker than women. The least amount of time would be a month but most likely it would take 2-3. You would need to do a lot of weight lifting and take in a lot of protein.

It would take a while, at least a few weeks to a few months, depending on how hard you work. You'll need to lift weights at a high intensity every other day. You would also need to take in a lot of protein, and plenty of other nutrients. You'll need to take in more calories than you would normally need.

It depends on your body. It also depends on how much you work out, the type of workout you do, how much weights you lift with your exercises, your diet, etc. Though some people say that you can build 5 to 10 pounds of muscle in 4 weeks. Though it all varies on the factors.

It depends upon what kind of a diet you have. If you want to gain 10 pounds of muscle quickly then you must include lots of milk, eggs, meat and juice to your diet. You must hit the gym as well. It should take 2 weeks if done so.
