Your dentist should have advised you on this matter. Smoking pollutes your mouth, throat, larynx and pharynx. Your gums cannot heal if they are awash in pollution. Call you dentist if you are confused about this.

Do NOT smoke for at least a day until after it is pulled. There is no way to smoke without disturbing it. If you do it will cause what is called a "dry socket" which is EXTREMELY painful. Since you got 4 removed you may want to wait a day and a half even.

You should wait AT LEAST 48 hours before smoking after extractions. Smoking can dislodge the blood clot that is healing and can cause extreme pain.

Smoking should be avoided for atleast a week after removing wisdom teeth. Breathing in toxins could cause an infection. This may not seem like a big deal, but if an infection starts in the mouth, it could get in the blood and cause sepsis or septic shock. You should use a nicotine patch rather than smoke in this time.

No, there isn't. If you do you run the risk of deferring healing and potentially ending up with a nasty painful condition called dry socket. 3-4days. try forever ;)
