Calculating blood regeneration is a bit complex. The water that is in blood gets replaced within a few hours. The actual red cells in the blood takes approximately 4-6 weeks to fully regenerate.

A red blood cell takes 5 days to regenerate. With proper nutrition, your blood count should rise after that 5-7 days unless you have had massive blood loss.

After loss of blood, regeneration takes about 48 hours, although it can take much longer depending on how much blood was lost.

It depends on many things like how much is lost. Generally speaking, the fluids come back in hours, the WBCs in a few days and the RBCs in 4-6 weeks.

Depending on diet and level of health, an average adult can give a unit of blood (450 ml) and fully make up for the loss in about four to six weeks.

After loss of blood, the regeneration level is 500 ml. It's not so easy. It will take minimum 21 to maximum 98 days.
