Most court cases take at least a few months; being open to the idea of settling outside of a trial will expedite the process.

it depends on the company and the injuries. Sometimes, workman's comp can be settled in a matter of weeks. But in other cases, especially dealing with large, well established companies, it can take months, and you need to have a good lawyer to figure out costs, and how to get you the most for your disability.

It varies tremendously. The nature of the injury, the insurer, the state where it happened, and the individual lawyers involved are all factors. It can be fast or slow.

Every case is different, and you should be asking your work about what you need to be giving them. They would be the ones who would know.
