It totally depends on how badly it was burned. It takes time to heal because you are eating you meal. Don't go for hard or crunchy, spicy food. You can go for soft food and have lot of liquids. If you follow all these it might get heal within 1-2 weeks.

It really depends on how bad you burned you gum. But generally with a minor burn it can take a few days to a week to heal. If the burn is more severe then it could take up to three weeks or more for it to heal. If the burn is too severe it may require professional medical attention.
