Why won't my refrigerator won't cool?
The recommended time for cool down is 24 hours. I personally don;'t think that is necessary. The fridge should be ready to use after 4 hours.
Three hours is a sufficient amount of time for most refrigerators to cool down. However, it does depend upon the temperature you are trying to reach.
You can use a refriferator as soon as you get. It will start cooling as soon as it pulled in.
If you buy a new refrigerator it takes about 8 to 12 hours we have to keep aside then only you can use it.
It depends on the kind. You can look in your manual, but most refrigerators need at least one full day to be cool enough.
