This depends on the cat, but they can live to be fifteen years or older. The average cat will live over ten years if you keep her in good health, get her check ups, keep fleas away, give her good food, and give her the love an attention cats need.

Domestic cats can live anywhere from 10-20 years. 10 years is a pretty short lifespan for a cat, they usually make it to at least 15. Your cat will live a lot longer if it is provided quality care and food.

Given good care, nutrition and vetting, your cat can live as much as 20 years. My cats have lived over 16 healthily and happily. If you want yours to, you MUST spay/neuter and let your cat live a happy INDOOR life- outdoors will kill them. I suggest mostly dry food.

Cats can live on average from 15 to 18 years. They can live much long than that though. Sometimes they live to be around 20 years of age. The better care they have the longer they will live.
