If the corn was properly cooked and stored in ziplock bags and kept continually frozen over the extent of its time in the freezer, then it should still be good. I've known corn to be good for three years, but if there was any air leaks or frostbite, don't eat it.

Frozen corn loses its quality over time. It will be at its best if it is less than three months since you opened the bag. You can use frozen corn that is two years old, but it will not taste as good.
