If a sperm leaves the body, and it enters air at room temperature, this sperm can survive in the air for several hours. This is why you should be very careful with sperm getting even on the outside of the vagina.

Sperm can only live outside the body for about an hour. If injected in the vagina they can live for 6 hours, if they survive that and make it past the cervix and into the fallopian tubes then it can survive up to 7 days but usually doesn't survive past 5 days.

A few hours at most. Sperm need a warm, moist, climate controlled place to live. They can not be out side the testicle or cervix for long.

Actually, sperm can live surprisingly long, often over three hours in certain environments and even longer, so be extra careful.
