A lymphatic rash on the lower legs is often treated by a course of antibiotics. For this you will need to visit a doctor, and also to check that it really is a lymphatic rash. It is important to be sure you are treating the right condition - what may be good for one condition isn't for another.

A lymphatic rash will need to be treated with antibiotics, usually. If the antibiotics doesn't work, then it is treated palliative with ice packs and elevation. Sometimes, the leg is wrapped in a figure-eight pattern to encourage return fluid flow back up the leg. There are some creams that could cool the skin.
