How hard is it to return something to the Oriental Trading Company?

The Oriental Trading Company is pretty good about returns. You do have to pay shipping fees for returning any unwanted products but most companies won't pay shipping on returns. Other than the return shipping fees it's pretty easy. Just take the package to the post office and ship it back.

They have a good reputation for accepting returns. Almost anything can be returned within 14 days, and most of the time they will pay for return shipping. Their customer service department is easy to reach and tries to go out of their way to help people.

Not hard at all. On the other side of your receipt is a return form. You just fill that out and mail your stuff back. Usually you will not get your shipping refunded.
