Buy a Publisher's Guide and send your story to the publishers listed. Get a literary agent. Go online and submit your story to a short story competition.

The normal way is to send out copies to all the publishers that you can find, also try to build some hype online, maybe make the first chapter pubic.

Unfortunately, short stories are, along with poetry, extremely difficult to publish. Consider online publishing sites where you can share your work with other amateur writers. "The Writer's Guide" lists markets for various genres, but the competition is extreme and requires that the work is perfect in every aspect.

Find a website or magazine that will publish the story. Duotrope's Digest or even a general website search can help you find a home for the work.

You would need to research and find a magazine that the story might fit with, find out their submission guidelines, and then submit the story to them.

There are three ways: competition, find an agent, or find a publisher that accepts unrepresented submissions. The last is probably the easiest and could find itself in a magazine.

Firstly you read story and then if you like to publish, you send it to publisher and cover letter about your story. They read the story and they like it, they tell we like the story and like it publish in weekly or any magazine. Have you any objection about it. You can say your replay.
