To become an exceptional leader one must first be a people person. Having great social skills is key to any leadership role. Not only must these social skills be present, a strong desire and determination must be had.

The first key to leadership is knowing it does not require a title. By being a model in whatever your role, whether it is as a janitor, or as a CEO, your intentionality and ability will gradually gain you the respect of an exceptional leader.
