In order to become a catolog model, you have to be a model for the modelling company which is hired to do the poses in the magazine. So essentially, you have to be a professional model.

Well, you have to be pretty good looking with a nice body and you have to be able to hold yourself in all kinds of positions and you have to be able to cope with a stressful enviroment if you can do that then you have it pretty well
