If you mean the effect of temperature and humidity on hair, there are a few effects, especially on curly hair. The warmer and more humid the air is, the curlier curly hair becomes. It can also make all hair types frizzy and hard to manage.

A lot of women with naturally curly or wavy hair say that any kind of humidity makes their hair corse, knotty, and messy. If their hair was styled to lay flat, it suddenly poofs out in a way that's uncontrolable. Cold weather can really dry hair out and make it prone to dandruff, whether your hair is straight or curly.

If it's damp, hot or humid it can lead to frizzy hair, but very dry heat can also have a flattening effect on the hair.
