Most major contracts will specifically states if there is a timeframe one can actually have before the contract will be enforced. You can also challenge it if you feel you were forced to sign under duress and can prove it.

First, check the paperwork to see if there are provisions for cancelling the contract. Otherwise, the parties involved in the contract must agree to void it unless one of the parties fails to uphold the agreement, in which case the contract may be void.
