How do you treat razor burn?

I can't walk around all day hurting. Surely there's something I can do.

Apply Aloe Vera cream or gel to the area directly after shaving. Another good product to apply to the area is a cortisone cream.

Razor burn is easily treatable is you take proper precautions when shaving. It is important to lotion your legs before shaving, lotion after shaving, and make sure to use shaving cream while shaving.

Lotion will help it. Like any other cut you need to make sure that it is clean and bacteria free. You can also use neosporin on it. You can also try icing it as well, I can not promise that any of these will make it go away, but it will help.

In order to treat a razor burn you can apply a topical ointment such as neosporin to the affected area or rinse with hydrogen peroxide.
