You can do this in a couple different ways. First if you have to conecter cable that connects to your phone and then plugs into a USB port into the computer you can upload them that way. Another way is if you have a memory card in your phone you can plug that in to the computer, or my emailing.
First, turn on the Bluetooth function on your Razr. On the pictures, click send > via bluetooth.
You also need to enable Bluetooth in your laptop or PC. After clicking send, you will reach your PC's name. Click send.
