Double your rope over to form a loop at the top also called an "A". Make the rope cross its self to create an "X" The part of the rope closest to the "A" end should pass under the "X" end. With your left hand grasp the "X" end. Use your right hand to poke the "A" through hole. Pull.

Take end of rope to form a double loop making a 'X'. Next hold the'X' with left hand and thread other end through existing 'A'loop/hole. Pull through until tighten.

Loop the end into the harness.Follow the rope back through the knot.Tighten the knot evenly by hand. Secure the end using a stopper knot.

Hold one end of the rope in your right hand and the other in your left. For convenience, start with your dominant hand. Assuming you are right-handed, start the first half of the knot right-over-left. Finish the knot with left-over-right. Pull tight.
