4 weeks old, kittens begin playing. At 6 weeks extremely active. 2 weeks small teeth in the front come in. At 3-4 weeks long, pointy front teeth come in. At 8 weeks, all baby teeth have come in. At 12-16 weeks, incisors come in. At 4-6 months, canines, molars, and pre molars come in. At 7 months, all adult teeth developed.

An exact age is hard to identify. His teeth, muscles and responses to toys may be useful indicators. If the teeth appear white and clean, he may be under 3 or 4 years old. Cats around 4 to 8 years old are considered young and tend to have stronger muscles.
