You should not stop very young puppies biting. He is using his mouth the same way human babies do to explore, play or may be teething. If he is biting your hand try just picking up a toy or chew stick and put that between your hand and his mouth

You can take a toy of the puppies and when he is biting on you give him his toy and tell him or her good boy or good girl, you need to be consistent in doing this on a daily basis.

Puppies will naturally bite because it makes their teeth feel good. I would give them a chew toy when they start biting.

Try crying out when he bites you even if it doesn't hurt. This will teach him that it's painful. Also, ignore him for a while when he bites.

Diversion is a better way to keep your puppy from biting. Since he's a puppy, he is probably playing, give him a bone or chew toy to play with. A spank on the nose and telling him "no" can help also. If he keeps it up, roll him on his back, your hand on his chest, until he settles down.

It can't stop, because puppy's theet itchy. But we can do something else. For example, giving a toy that looks like bone, so the puppy not bite our things like.
