Go to Verizon wireless website, click "My Verizon". Click "forgot password". Enter the Verizon phone number and click "continue". Type your billing zip code and last 4 digits of SSN, click "continue". Enter new password. Confirm new password. Click "continue". Enter new password again and click "sign in".

Most Verizon cell phones passwords are the last 4 digits of your phone number if you haven't changed it. Otherwise you can go by your local Verizon office and they can help you out.
