Release the locking mechanism first by flipping the blade upside-down on the wiper blade arm. Push the blade towards the car straight down. This will require some force so don't hesitate just push it down towards the car. Don't worry if you break it.

Replacing wiper blades is easy. All you need to do is flip the blade upside-down on the wiper blade arm, which should release a locking mechanism, and then push the blade straight down the arm towards the car. It should take a lot of force to free the blade from the arm, but don't be afraid to break it.

Wiper blades are very easy to replace. First fold the arms up so they are easily accessible. Next look at the instructions on the wiper package for your style of wipers. Unhook the old wiper and follow the instructions to install the new ones. Remember to fold the arms back.
