Remove the door panel. Disconnect all power and negative contacts going to the window regulator. Remove the regulator and swap in the new one. Reassemble everything back into place.

the window regulator is accessible once the door panel and sound deadening material have been removed. once all the normal screws are removed there are plastic clips that hold the door panel to the door frame. once these are off you can remove the old broken regulator
