How do you replace the wax seal on a toilet?

Turn off the water, Undo the screws (one on each side) Lift toilt up and lay it over, you will see the grove to remove/replace the wax.

First turn off water to toilet then drain the water from the tank and bowl. Remove tank from the bowl. Take nuts off of 2 bolts holding the bowl down to the floor flange. Lift the bowl off the floor. Clean off all of the old wax. Put new wax ring on bowl. Reseat bowl with slight twisting motion.
