The best solution is to use a lift. Put a transmission jack under it and then unbolt the transmission from the engine. Make sure to unplugg all wires connected to the transmission. Put the new one in and fill it with fluid and make sure it works

Lift the car up with a jack. Unbolt the transmission and make sure all wires are disconnected. replace this with the new one.
