You first need to remove the tires and get to the break drums. It is best to avoid the dust as it contains asbestos and can be harmful to your lungs. Then the shoes should have a tab that can be pushed to release the shoes from the holders. The job is messy.
Remove the wheel. Pull the brake drum off. Then you will need to remove the return springs. Remove the shoes. Transfer the hardware from the old shoes to the new shoes. Put the new shoes on. Make sure to only do one side at a time so you will have an exact copy for reference on the other wheel.
Use a wrench to loosen the rear lug nuts in a clockwise manner, the rear of the vehicle should be raised using a rear jack, then slide the rear wheels off,use the hammer to hit the outside of the drum, remove the drum and remove the retaining springs remove the brake shoes and follow the reverse process
Lift the car remove the tyre open the parts of the brake take it to the market and get the exact brake shoes and if not available go where they sell stolen parts and replace it. Thank you
The process is similar however drums require a little bit more work. After you pull the wheel loosen the caliper and remove it or pull off the drum. Then remove the pads or shoes and install the new ones. Then throw together and adjust them to spec.
