First you need to remove the starter and that process will take more than 60 words. Disconnect the battery, locate the starter, remove the bolts holding it on, remove the wires attached to it, and remove it, being as careful as possible when sliding it out. Otherwise you will have a heck of time getting it back on there.

Place the starter on a bench with a hole on it, place the shaft in the whole. Give the shaft a good solid whack with a mallet, bearing will pop free. Place the new bearing starter. You must pry the flange out to hold it open. Use a screwdriver to pry the bushing out of place and remove it sideways.

You must pry the flange out to hold it open. The bushing will be visible. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry the bushing out of place and remove it sideways.

You need to start by removing the dash panel covering the starter. You then need to remove the key assembly from the starter. Inside the assembly you will find the bushing. Make sure to properly lubricate the new bushing before reassembling.

You would probably be better off purchasing a new start then attemping to repair the bushing on the one that you have

Just remove the starter and use something like a threaded rod to press the bearing out. The lightly pres or tap the new one in carefully with a soft hammer.
