How do you replace fuel filter on 2003 Pontiac Grand Am?

first off very good car, american made cars are very easy to fix (excluding caddilacs) first find where the old one was and carefully detatch it saving the bolts were they belong and cleaning them, second buy the new part and attach it whre the old one was putting the screws in there same spot

Raise and support car. On the inlet side of filter you will need to release the clip and pull the line from filter. On the outlet side of filter you will need to disconnect the fuel line. Once you have both lines removed you will need to loosen the clamp that holds the filter to car. Slid filter out.

first locate the filter.remove any covers.there are two clips on each end of the filter remove them and should come right out.

Disconnect the fuel lines from the in and outside. Now you are ready to loosen the clamp on the filter, remove. Replace new one and the lines.

That fuel filter is located in the fuel tank .To begin you have to drop the fuel tank to access the fuel filter.Take the locking ring off so you can get in to the fuel

The fuel filter is going to be on the bottom of the car right on the fuel line. If it is not on the line it is going to be in the tank and you will need to drop the tank and pull the cap off. It will be there.
