How do you replace a PCV valve on a GM truck?

I'd like to to this myself if at all possible. What are the steps involved?

You may need to remove part of the intake to reach the valve. Just disconnect the valve from the hose or pipe and remove it from the valve cover.

It isn't hard to do. Locate where it is. take the top hose off of it and pull the old pcv valve out(may need to use pliers)

The hardest part is locating the PCV valve. Google search PCV valve for your model and year of truck. Once you find just pull it out of the hole it's in and pull the hose off. Reinstall the hose and plug your new PCV valve back into the hole it came out of. It's that simple.
